World's Ugliest Dog Crowned

A former shelter dog won the 2009 World’s Ugliest Dog contest, held at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, California. Pabst, a four-year old boxer mix, beat out former champion Rascal, a Chinese crested, for the title. Another Chinese crested, 15-year-old Miss Ellie, took first place in the purebred category. This just proves that the bond between pet and owner is based on far more than looks!
