Unleashed! Cinema Corner - Open Season

Sony Pictures takes a turn at animation with Open Season, its first feature-length animated film. Based on a comic strip developed by Steve Moore, the movie revolves around Elliot, a scrawny mule deer, and Boog, a domesticated 900-pound grizzly bear. The two buddies find themselves trapped in a forest but manage to enlist a bevy of woodland creatures to help turn the tables on the malevolent humans conspiring against them. Beth, the beautiful park ranger who raised Boog, also comes to their aid. With voices by Ashton Kutcher, Martin Lawrence, and Debra Messing, Open Season is sure to be a hit and can be seen nationwide starting September 29, 2006.
