Well, in this tantalizingly funny animated adventure, the “whirlpool” gets a new twist as Roddy, a wealthy mouse, decides to teach Sid, a rat who has overstayed his welcome, a lesson he’ll never forget. Roddy lures Sid to the toilet and is about to drop him into a fresh flush when Sid, a pest but no dummy, manages to flush Roddy instead, splashing the ritzy mouse into the antagonistic sewer world of Ratropolis. As Roddy hatches an impossible escape plan, he is forced to dodge a rowdy crew of rodent haters. Just when you thought it was safe to go to the bathroom . . .
