Sybil Has Cat Power

As we all know, cats are quiet, graceful animals that can go essentially wherever they like with very few people ever knowing their route or location. This is truer than ever inside the seat of power for all of Britain. Sybil, a black-and-white cat, has slinked her way inside the Prime Minister’s 10 Downing Street residence. Sybil apparently likes the open spaces and regal surroundings in PM Gordon Brown’s lower flat, so she simply made her way down from the finance minister’s apartment and has, as we are told, made herself quite comfortable.
