Lion Cub Goes to the Dogs

Children often grow bigger than their parents, but Zimba the lion is one cub that will certainly overshoot his dad. Bogi, a male Puli dog, has been playing foster father for 3-month-old Zimba ever since a private donor from Italy gave the lion to the Gyongyos Zoo near Budapest, Hungary. Cats and dogs aren’t known for their harmonious relationships, but this odd couple is getting on so well they’ve become one of the zoo’s “mane” attractions.
