A Happy Resolution

A lot of media attention has been given to the Michael Vick situation. By now, we are well aware of the terrible and deadly fate of some of the dogs that resided at Vick’s Virginia estate, but what many of us are unaware of is that more than 60 dogs were found living, healthy, and suddenly homeless. Fortunately, after extensive examinations, a team of canine behavior experts has determined that all but one of the dogs can be rehabilitated. Some will be adopted into good homes; others will receive training for work in law enforcement. We at HealthyPet applaud these humane decisions.
